This blog was created as a means of relating my progress in genealogical research for two African Americanfamilies. It is also to be a means of communication between family members with family stories they would like to share and any comments that they may have on the work in progress. As there are many who have embarked on this journey, it is hoped that for those who start and who have already started that this can be of some help and insight to them as well as telling the stories of those who have gone on before.
