While spring is around the corner with it comes the opportunity to get back in running shape. Just found out there actually is going to be a 5K run here in April. Already have it logged in my calendar. The one good thing about running out here is the terrain is mostly flat, low rolling hills. Nothing like the hills of Central Park. In any case will give me an opportunity to see what the new NIKE GPS+ can do. I have it just haven’t used it much.
So back to the three day a week schedule – for now should be sufficient. When i get a 5k time I will post it here along with my general impressions of the run.
If i got back to my three 5K’s in one year schedule I would be happy.
