Week 1 - in the books...

Made it through the first week and cant say im no worse for the wear. I have decided to turn it up a notch though this week im going to switch to a six day on one day off schedule and I pretty much am going to try and utilize the simon system at least for now anyway. It helps keep track of the weights and work outs im doing.

I have to go to the airport today to pick up my cousin - first time he's been up here so that ought to be interesting. Iactually am considering trying to get to the gym in the afternoon or evening if possible.

Spending time in the gym keeps me from thinking too much, and ultimately makes me healthier so as long as im not sore or in pain im going to utilize it as much as possible. It also has the side benefit of helping me regain my focus. Which i really need to hang onto right now.

What I really need to watch is my eating which is really been off lately. I really don't eat much and especially now that I am working out its crucial that i try to eat better and more than i have been.
